Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by shipping providers.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider first.
